Thank you for taking care the conveyancing contact for me. I appreciate all the effort and professional advise on the off the plan purchase.
Unreliable, suggest trying another firm. Sent them a conveyancing contract for review 2 weeks prior to an auction. Followed up several times by phone and was assured timely advice would be provided. Then received an email midday the day prior to auction saying no advice would be provided without meeting in person. Would have been happy to do so except (1) it was left far too late and (2) no one answers the phone so it's impossible to make an appointment.
