Just Rite

I am VERY happy with my new double-glazed, cathedral pattern window that Just-rite installed last week. It is located next to my front door and now allows a lot more light into my living room (I used to have a wood panel in the lower section). It has inspired me to double glaze the main window in my living room - extra light and more warmth

Thank you for the prompt processing of this invoice. My wife and I were delighted at the service provided by the installer of our gold insulation batts, young Patrick. He arrived on time last week just after 8.30 am and he was courteous and worked very efficiently and extremely diligently throughout the day to complete the job by early evening. We were very impressed with his work ethic working in our roof which is not a job I would wish on anyone but he obviously takes pride in his workmanship and he was very professional in his approach to the job. We are very happy to provide a good reference for him any time.

I recently got a custom made shade sail installed by Just Rite in my backyard and it absolutely looks stunning.
They are a team of highly skilled professionals. I was informed on every step. They completed the job as per the agreed schedule. The sales consultant was knowledgeable. Office staff were prompt and professional. Installer was great. Really I was impressed with the whole team.

We got Just Rite to do our Double Glazing. I think they call it Secondary Glazing. It has made an amazing difference. We can hardly hear the traffic noise. It has eliminated condensation too. Lloyd the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was the same with the lady coordinating the work and the installer. We were very impressed.

I got insulation done in my house by Just Rite. It has made a big difference. It significantly reduced the use of heater during cold days. It has made the house more comfortable to live in. Before insulation our house was cold in winters. The place now feels more cosier and we’ve noticed positive changes. Our electricity bill has dropped which is good relief. Also, a big shout out to the installers for efficient and tidy work. Thinking of getting windows double glazed.

Just Rite office staff were courteous and helpful with all our dealings. We are very pleased with the outcome. Would certainly recommend you Double Glazing.

we had our windows replaced by Just Rite recently, old aluminium gone and replaced with thermally broken aluminium, couldn't be happier with the overall result, excellent value for money.

Arranged for a quote to replace all of our windows, prepared to pay a fair amount to have it all done. The woman who came out to measure our windows was rushed and didn't seem to know much about the windows at all, insisting that certain things couldn't be done, even though we'd been told by other companies that they were definitely possible. She told us we could expect a quote soon...glad we didn't bother waiting - it's been over 2 months and we haven't heard a single word. In the meantime we've chosen a reputable company to do the job, and will happily be giving them our money instead of Justrite.

I rang to book someone to come and give me a quote and spoke with Peter. I was informed that I should take some photos and some measurements and email them to him!
No way, if they're too lazy to come and get the information they need to do the job, I'll find another company to come, instead.

Very unorganized and unproffessional. The quality of the work was ok, but i was repetitively let down by their lack of job coordination. Ps. This name is an alias

We used JustRite years ago without any problems, but after our latest experience we are telling everyone we know to stay away.

First of all, after paying our deposit we couldn't get the installers to actually show up. We'd stayed home from work for the day to let them in, but no-one came, and we didn't even get a phone call.

We ordered 3 'Skytubes' which were advertised as having a 'climate control' feature to let out hot air. This was the main reason why we went with JustRite's skytubes. But when someone finally came to install them on the second attempt (hours after the appointed time), the 'climate control' feature turned out to be just pushing up the little plastic sheet at the bottom of the tube - exposing the tube foil and wire ribbing to full view! And it's nearly impossible to get the plastic properly back down into place. The installer confirmed that it's not indeed supposed to be raised and lowered the way JustRite website claims it is....

After seeing the first one installed, we sent the remaining two back and asked for our money back. Justrite eventually acknowledged that the climate control claims were false, but claimed that it was the manufacturer's fault - even though the same words are used on their own website! Hopeless. And they weren't willing to give us a cent of our money back.

With customer service like this, we can't understand how they're still in business.
