• Children are recognized as individuals and care is provided in a flexible and stimulating environment with outings and activities that support the child’s interests.

• The National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) – “Being, Belonging and Becoming’ forms the foundation for ensuring the children at Kambah Kids experience quality opportunities and learning.

• Play enables children to learn by ‘hands on experiences’ and is recognised as the means by which young children develop their physical, intellectual and social /emotional skills.

• At Kambah Kids, family participation and contribution is valued and I work in partnership with you to improve educational outcomes for the children.

• A meaningful educational program is provided taking into account the diverse experiences, different abilities and strengths of the children, with the aim of improving the educational and developmental outcomes for children.

• Kambah Kids take an active role in caring for its environment and contribute to a sustainable future. Through learning about natural materials, recycling and growing plants and gardens, a care and respect for the environment is fostered.

• We believe pets and domestic animals can play a significant role in children’s learning and development and can provide children with companionship and entertainment.

• I have a commitment to ongoing professional development, continuous improvement and quality of my pedagogical practices.
