Appointments on short notice. Helpful reception. Digital log in on arrival or book ahead. Bulk billing. Impressive.

Pretty good medical centre. Mistakenly thought that bulk billed meant they would only charge me the medicare rate for the appointment. As I have other insurance, they charged $60, which was still cheap compared to other places but more than I expected. The doctor I saw was right on time and very quick and efficient. Seemed very knowledgeable and ordered relevant testing. My main disappointment was having to pay for another appointment just to be told that my tests came back normal. Seemed pointless and a waste of time and money. I missed an event that I wanted to go to because of it as well. Could have just called to tell me everything was normal, and sent the results over email or through the mail. Their pathology testing department was great. Hardly any wait, provided good explanation of tests, professional, helped keep me calm despite nerves. Not right about how much rebate I would get from my insurance, but not their fault.

You were always there to help my kids when they needed urgent check up by doctor. I did contacted other practices before I found Kambah medical centre for some urgent GP review but they told me there is no appointments available and I have to wait for minimum 2-3 days.

Excellent service at the reception. Dr Saba Somasundaram is an outstanding GP who takes great care in listening to the patients, understand and provide them with excellent care. He respects people regardless of who they are and support and treat them while respecting their individual values and preferences while maintaining confidentiality. He has an excellent knowledge in clinical general practice, and highly specialised in paediatrics.

Always on time, great doctors, easy to get an appointment.
