Providing counselling and psychotherapy with a relaxed, non-judgmental, compassionate and intuitive approach. We work with individuals, couples and groups to support people as they find their own answers and develop better relationships with themselves and others. I have a particular interest and extra training in; relationships, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, couples therapy, trauma, change and transition, sexual health and LGBTI issues.
