Worst KFC ever! From the single pice of chicken in the twister to the 3 staff members standing around the back doing nothing... not to mention the server at the front who was picking and wiping his nose with his hand and then serving people food... AVOID LIKE EBOLA

I seldom post bad reviews but I have to for this place. I've come to expect poor wait times at KFC's, however I waited (not exaggerating at all) 20 minutes in the drive through which is completely unacceptable! The words "Fast" food do not apply here. It would be quicker to hatch an egg, raise a chicken until it reached a decent weight, kill the chicken, pluck it, and then cook it yourself, than to order food from here. I usually give places a second go, but I will not be returning.

The most unclean, filthy KFC I have ever seen - the toilets on the side of the highway are more clean

This is my worst fast food experience ever! On the road and with time pressures, my children were keen on a KFC fix. Both in the restaurant and behind the counter where food is prepared is absolutely filthy. Doesn't look like any cleaning goes on here. I doubt whether there is any sort of "food prep" guidelines in place. Bins overflowing, food smeared on the floor and walls, filthy tables, and the staff really had no idea what they were doing, very disorganised and laughing. I said to my eldest as we were preparing to order "if we get out of this without food poisoning we'll be lucky" - the guy in front heard and walked out! Should be shut down !!! I've only given one star, otherwise I'm unable to post!

When I pull up to order I'm always really nice to the staff member taking my order, funnily enough I then receive good service and they never forget anything from my order. 😃 I often hear those in front of me being short or even rude with the staff, surely they don't expect the same level of service. There's a lesson there somewhere...

The restaurant looks sad. The staff are mostly really young kids who arn't professional enough. Every time I have eaten here, my chicken has been soggy, cold and stale tasting. The package almost always looks like the food was just thrown in the box. And, they'll always just give me the default sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets? Not once, am I asked what sauce I might like, they'll rather just hurry through the order...

Quick service and place is clean. The only concern is that the parking lot has a huge pothole near the drive thru that has been there for months and never been fixed. Maybe it's not their job.

Clean store. Food quality decent KFC standard. Friendly staff.

Most times are good. 8/10 times the food is good. Rarely do they forget things but you should check every place you go. When they once gave me a twister with one chicken strip i already drove to far, ate it, complained and the manager at the time gave me a free meal. Im rather happy with their service so far.

Figured I would write this as I've been stuck in the drive through for about 30 minutes already.

This is the worst KFC I have visited. The drive through waiting times are horrendous. I don't know what they do in there but they need to pick up the pace. Add to that that they nearly always get something wrong in your order. Make sure you check it before you leave the window. I estimate they get something wrong more than 70% of the time.

What happened to the corn nibblet?! They were so good. I don't know what everyone is complaining about. But, this KFC is better than any I've been to in the US. Great fried chicken without being too greasy.

Everyone needs to check items at drive through as they sometimes forget to give some items or give wrong items. I bought a Chicken Caesar Twister Boxed Meal and they forgot to give me three pieces of wicked wings. Hopefully KFC staff can pay more attention to detail.

Slow service every time i visit here. Fast food is supposed to be quick not 40 minutes turn around. Not the slowest KFC i have ever experienced but seriously i could make it myself faster.

If you visit this store make sure you're ready for a whirlwind of attempts to get the right order to you. 95% of the time this store gets your order wrong and misses chips, wings and sometimes even a burger - the main part of the meal! If you can, go order in-store - at least when they mess up you can argue with them immediately rather than going home from drive-through realising you didn't get what you ordered.

If you do go through drive through, don't drive off when you receive your meal, stay there and check - make sure they see you checking as well.

Okay so here's the deal, if I could give this place a negative star...I would. How can a restaurant run out of chicken, when it is a part of their name. This place has been consistent for just one thing ... Disappointing me, every time I go there. This place is so bad that I actually drive down to either town or Woden to get KFC. Please don't go to this hell hole, you have better places you can go to. I have complained about this place a number of times, but KFC does not do anything to rectify the bad service. So give it a pass..... PLEASE!!!

Absolutely awful! Never ever going back. I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap though drive through and received some kind of wrap which was clearly not a ceaser wrap. It was covered in brown gunk that wasn't BBQ sauce. I am normally not a fussy eater but definitely couldn't stomach what I saw. Rang up to get a refund but all the manager would offer is a free upgrade for my next order. Not happy at all!

They stiffed my order than demanded I take the food off my children to bring it back. I said so you want me to starve my children to satisfy you and he said yes. The guy on the phone said he was passing on a message for the manager I said I don't want to hear a message I want to speak to him he than said I am the manager (bad story teller) he than abused me and hung up if this would let me give zero stars I dam sure would.!! I'm putting in complaints to get this store closed or under new management as they are dirty irresponsible and rude as hell. Worst KFC in the world.!!!!

Just a very busy kfc. If its 6-8 expect a wait. Otherwise pretty standard kfc

Good fried chicken as you'd expect from any KFC, but when we last went there we ordered 10pc wicked wings but only got 6!!! Only realised this when we got home :(

The wicked wings are such good value, though the restaurant could be kept a bit tidier, even though I know how it's like working fast food.

Typical KFC, if you are going in during busy hours, expect to wait while they prioritise drive through.

Possibly one of the worst kfc's in australia people often dont come here due to the high risk of food poisoning, and the service is so poor avoid if you can

Food is luke warm and average at best.. still doesnt stop me from eating here but would be nice if it was warm for once, you know?

Really bad experience, poor customer service. The place was no clean and asked to clean, and while I was eating the girl sprayed the cleaning liquid into my food while she cleans the next table ..and pretending like an accident. Just imagine what happen to food at prep area, while workers are not in good mood

Poor customer service, forgot items in our order, barely looked at us when we came to the drive through window. When we tried to check if everything was in the order the guy who gave us our order had the drive thru window open with his back to us while we were trying to talk to him, when we finally did get his attention he assured us everything was in our order.

The worst customer treatment by a big company. Three weeks ago homeless man came in ask for a help to buy a meal. I agreed to that and while ordering the incharge of store asked me was it for that man. I said yes. Then he went and kick him out. I said don't do that I'm buying him food. Then he said we can not give me food. Requested to give me the the food for that hungry man then he can eat out side. They refused. I was so disgusted by the service. Decided never to go there again.

It always stink if you wanna eat inside the restaurant. Employees focus more on drive through and you could be waiting for more than 5-10 mins before anyone even says hello to you

John at the front counter goes above and beyond every time we eat here. He always insures we are taken care of and we enjoyed our meal. I've never had a bad experience at this KFC! Thank You!!

Tables were dirty and when asked to get it cleaned we were told yes and no one came out. My sister in law grabbed the spray and cloth herself and wiped it down. There was a 15 minute wait on food. Service was extremely slow.
