One of the better KFCs in Canberra but still shocking, make sure you check your order before driving away

best service ever good worker but there was this one girl that was a great worker she should get a raise

Was very disappointed by the lack of customer service during my experiences with KFC. I've ordered there multiple times, and at least 1 in 3 times, I've been served the wrong food, cold food or raw chicken. I've also noticed that a young girl working there, cannot fully remember her name, I think it started with "N" kept giving out free food to her friends and I have heard multiple times that she has hit on customers and has also disrespected customers and has been rude. When food is served and cooked properly, KFC is a great place but that is only on occasion.

Plenty of staff. Better than others. Fast.

I've been there only three times and I found the service to be better than other KFC'S I've been to. Food was ok.

Service was not up to standard. I was ignored when I was asking if I could please have something to clean the table. Tables were not clean. Was not given assistance when I was looking for a straw. Food was of quality, hence three stars.

Went to kfc a month ago and i got food poisoning from warm chicken. Would not go back again or you shouldn't go there to woden kfc trust me

Pretty consistent. Occasional undersalted chip. I usually walk in during peak lunch and find wait times reasonable.

Good quality as far as KFC goes, decent speed of service, and slightly dopey staff members.

The manager "jo" has the worst service I have ever seen. While people were waiting unserved at the counter, she just stood their talking to her friends while waiting for someone else to serve the customers. She barks at staff and the premises is disgusting. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait and hour and a half for a chicken wrap.
