Kingsleys Chicken Belconnen

The staff here are really really nice.
And the chicken and gravy from here is my definition of lazy, comfort food. The tandoori wrap is really good too - warm and spicy.
However, I avoid the fried stuff here, because that gives me a sore mouth :/ (possibly the oil? ) ...but as long as they do their roast chicken and gravy, I will come here for my cheat meals.

This is a great alternative to KFC. The chicken pieces are larger than KFC. Better value for money than KFC.
The only down side is that you don't want to order chicken from the first batch. It tastes like soap. Probably not rinsed out enough from cleaning the night before. I mentioned this to the staff and they replaced the all the pieces. Unfortunately from the same batch, so still had the same problem with tasting like soap.

Incredible fillets. Chips are truly awesome. Didn't regret as I drove all the way there.

I had forgotten how good Kingsley's Chicken is - simple chicken burgers, Southern fried chicken, crinkle cut chips. Friendly, polite service. A clean, well-lighted place. What more can one want?

AMAZING SERVICE. Ordered a wrap, chicken was like leather. Returned the next day saying this (call if this happens to you) and they happily gave me a new one which was SUPERB, awesome salad and tasty, juicy chicken. 100% from me

You would think a simple chicken burger and chips would be fresh and made quickly considering there was only one other customer in the shop? Think again!

Waited 10 minutes to be served by the unenthusiastic staff even though there was one customer in the shop.

The burger than took 10 minutes to piece together even though the chicken was already cooked and sitting in the baemarie (for what I assume to be a incredibly long time)
The chicken was dry and the burger was awful.
Chips weren't much better either.

I don't quite understand why they ore cook so much chicken there, it drys out and they never have that many customers that they need too.

Many wise men have said "employees make businesses successful ". Obviously this doesn't apply here.

Friendly staff and good tasting chicken and chips. Better than KFC.

Best fast food restaurant ever. Legit.

If you like fast-food chicken, chips, and burgers. This place has a great taste for a reasonable value! Competitive with KFC.
