They quoted accurately and did a good job. Other places in Canberra all added charges on so I appreciate some honesty

Went there with my brother a months ago as a returning customers and the way they treat us was so surprised. I haven't experienced that kind of worst behaviour from manager so far in Australia since I moved here. While driving the car in the road suddenly it stopped and we don't have much idea about car so it's hard to figure out what's wrong with it. The only thing we know is just take to mechanic and we called the tow truck and took the car to Kmart Braddon and speak with manager he was complete ignoring us and I speak with my politely are you looking for us, no I'm busy in my work and I don't look at dead car he replied. We were so surprised with his reply and not to recommend anyone to go there all they car is about engine oil and filter even you booked high servicing facilities they have which say it include 86 inspection and road worthy. That's what I booked and they even can't figure out my headlight is not working really disappointed won't be back. Not reckon you to go back as well.

Staff were friendly enough but kind of screwed me over. Went in to get a simple headlight re-aiming but their machine was being repaired, told me to come in the following week. I asked if I should book an appointment and they specifically said I shouldn't need to, told me just to show up and they would have it done within 15-20 minutes. So I went back the following week and they were too busy to help me. Just a bit frustrating considering I made a point of asking if I should book an appointment and I had a roadworthy test booked for the day after.

I have dealt with them three times, and they have been very professional, personable and consistent.

The staff are all courteous and professional, but also genuinely friendly - I personally don't know much about cars, but every time I've brought mine in they've been patient and explained things thoroughly. They also have incredibly reasonable prices.

Didn't fix the issue I'd specifically brought it in for. No consideration for the time and inconvenience incurred to bring the car back. Not happy.
