Great customer service and price

My car had an Essentials Plus service and pink slip check in July. A month later, my car broke down because it had run out of hydraulic fluid. I find it unacceptable that the mechanic didn't bother to check the fluid levels and top them up if needed. Kmart is never going to see my car again.

Helpful staff who explain the work before it begins. Good pricing and fast servicing.

Very helpful! They were more then happy to book me in at very short notice, to fix an urgent brake issue.
Prices were very reasonable.

I booked my perfectly running car in for a service. They explained I needed shocks I was happy with customer service. Unfortunately driving home and thru the week my clutch seemed extremely loose and car was not starting. They said to bring it back in. Unfortunately I cannot start car at all to bring it back .battery is fine. I am sad I had a perfect car. If its starter I would have thought they would have picked that up. I don't have money to tow it back. Not happy.
