Great communication, reasonable pricing and they look after you. First went to them in 2000 and consistent top notch service over that time.

Best experience ever. The whole team and customer service was so easy to deal with. From the initial booking, Dropping my car off to be repaired. They explained all the issues to my wife regarding what was required. The manager was very professional. To make it even better they explained it in language that we understood rather then technical terms. At the pick up they showed and explained to me were my money was spent and even advised us what will be needed to be done in the future. All the feedback below that have complained must be wrong or dealt with different team members. We will be coming back and will be recommending to family and friends.

Did not have standard tyre to suit commodore in stock, really?

Worst ever bad customer service ever store manager very rude. Don't go there, better to go elsewhere. Gave an appointment at 10, servicing all the cars which came later. When i went after 2 hours said to come after an hour, even after hour didn't service. Had to cancel the service.
