Lake Hume Cycle Challenge

3 great rides through scenic Lake Hume area, & over the Hume Dam wall. Also cycle path and Riverside trail

Join us for one of the best weekends cycling in the beautiful Lake Hume /NE Victoria area.

The 2017 Lake Hume Cycle Challenge will be the best ever, with 3 new rides, plus the introduction of the “Chill Zone”…. where riders, family and friends can relax in shady Noreuil Park. On offer are food, wine and beer stalls with “Chilled out” entertainment for all.

The Rides offered in 2017 are:

• 143 km Gundowring Grail (new) – challenging ride up into the Kiewa Valley hills
• 90 km Kergunyah Kruise (new) –great cycling and scenery of the Kiewa Valley
• 44 km Weir Wonder – a loop ride over the Hume Dam Wall
• 25 km Thurgoona Tour(new) – cycle path loop to leafy Thurgoona /return
• 5-10 km Riverside Trail- ride /walk beside the River. Kids FREE.

Our rides feature:
• mix of spectacular rural and natural scenery around Lake Hume (its full! )
• sealed country roads, front and rear escorts, first aid,
• en-route picnic-like Rider River stops
• close to great restaurants, wineries, breweries, and relaxing coffee shops
• all rides have same start-finish point adjacent the Murray River, Albury.

The charity recipients of this 2017 Event proceeds are the Albury-Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre and Border Trust.
