What a hidden gem! My parents celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary last night at Lanterne Rooms with some close friends and we were delighted with the delicious feast Daniel and his team had prepared for us. He even customized a special menu to suit my dad's diabetic dietary needs specifically while the other guests enjoyed the banquet, and presented the dishes beautifully. We were all very impressed with the complex flavours and attentive service! Would recommend Lanterne Rooms happily to anyone looking for a place for a special occasion, or even a delicious business lunch which we've also done in the past with some work partners/clients. 10/10 :)

The Wagyu Beef red curry is a must. Tender, melt in your mouth beef with a delicious well seasoned and perfectly spiced curry. Perfect for that cool winters day where you need a little bit of spice. The waiters are fantastic and always smile which makes you feel very very welcomed

〰️ABOUT : Mud crab ‘Kam Heong' style 〰️ "Kam Heong crab is a very popular dish in Malacca. "Kam Heong" means fragrant in Chinese. When the crab is served, you can smell it from miles away. Daniel used to hang out with his friends at the hawker stalls. They would order a crab and have a couple of beers. Those memories still linger in Daniel's mind.
