Laser Clinics Australia - Belconnen Westfield

A lot of these reviews are by staff members. I was going to the city location and clear skin a few years ago, when I found myself unexpectedly pregnant clear skin was very quick to refund my prepaid laser sessions while laser clinics needed a doctor's certificate and still dragged their feet. This year I started back at Belconnen until I heard of Eden laser opening, the city was the only location to price match as it's SO far between the city and Belconnen (ha!) so I booked in and paid a deposit for a full body in the city to price match with Eden, the day before my appointment they confirmed I was coming in and nothing was mentioned about no longer price matching as the promotion with Eden had ended (had I paid a deposit and locked in the price with them they would have honoured it) so after paying for parking in the city and waiting 15 minutes I was told they would not honour the agreed price. I decided to go to Eden who luckily could squeeze me in and although their full body laser was more expensive at the time I was able to have them price match LCA - they blew me away on service and generally have lower prices for single treatments. I will never use LCA again, nor recommend and am so glad there is now somewhere else to go in Canberra with the same lasers and much much better service.

It was the first time I had had laser work and it was on my face, I was so nervous but the girls made me feel very comfortable.
It was really good and I was so happy with the result.

I attended Laser Clinics to remove spider veins from around my neck. While the treatment was effective, I had an initial skin reaction that lasted a couple of weeks (looked messy). Elise from Laser Clinics Westfield Belconnen did every thing possible to assist with the healing process. If you'd like a high level of customer service, I would certainly recommend Elise to anyone considering treatment.

I am very happy with the service that is provided. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. They don't in any way no matter what treatment you are getting, make you feel uncomfortable and are lovely girls. The overall experience is 5 stars for me.

Great service. Im always satisfied with the staff that are doing my treatments. They are very friendly. The treatments are great. I have been going for a year now and am seeing amazing results.
