I have ordered printed icing and bought a number of cake decorating items there. Good store but the sales staff could be a bit more attentive. Good selection of products.
Great place to get advice on how to decorate cakes. Has a huge variety of stock. Could not have made half my cakes without their ideas!
NEVER go here again
I attended the store, to spend at least $200, after about 25 minutes of trying to find things, i left the store. The staff were too busy talking about what they were doing and what they had been doing to even acknowledge that I was in the store (and I walked past them a number of times).
That is not how you treat your customers!!!!
Great store. Bricks and mortar places are usually more expensive than online, but after hours of research I found their prices comparable to what I could get from the web. Excellent advice and support which you can't get when buying online.
I love this shop, the girls are really helpful with all the advice you need and I have always received professional and helpful advice.
I think their prices are good and you can get just about everything you need for cake making. I can't wait to attend some of their classes.
