Layer 3 Services conceives, develops and markets unique "Hazard over Distance" radio frequency (RF) based systems for tactical use by security and safety managers and consultants, engineers, military, law enforcement and related agencies. The Hazard over Distance systems are: BlastSim (blast and fragmentation), FragSim (fragmentation from HE munitions), FireSim (thermal energy from fires), and CBRSim (downwind effects from chemical, biological and radiological materials). Simple and safe to use, the systems provide an immediate indication of the hazard int eh actual built and natural environments. In addition, Layer 3 Services has developed the C2Kit for Small Combat Teams and Surveillance Kits for law enforcement. These kits enable short range communications and control over the immediate space for front line military and law-enforcement units.
