The whole team is Exceptionally honest in communicating and exceeded all my expectation . MR George MIKLAS with all his humility offered me a great deal which I could not walk away ,He also gave me the ‘gift Of attention” while I was waiting outside for someone else to deal with me (I was not aware that he is the owner) .Mr George ANANGNOSTOPOULOS gave more than what I expect to get in finance offer(Tailored to my affordability) with his magic wand (experience) which was a turning point ,while Mr Derek WANG made sure finance deal has happened in a week without me physically been to his office, made me feel more important.
Mr Abraham Jacob OLIKARA never gave up and he invested his time and good service forming a ‘golden thread ‘between the business and the customer and made sure the deal is done .

We brought a new brand new xtrail from these guys about 2 years ago and the sevice and price was fantastic so happy.
We traveled back to Canberra all the way from Tamworth nsw to trade up to a new one ,about 48k.
To our suprise told all the stories that you would expect from a used car salesman from Parramatta rd.
Our car was only worth 17k with 35.000ks on the clock you blokes are kidding yourselves.
If this is the value of a xtrail after 2 and a bit years in fantastic condition, ill buy a toyota.

STAY AWAY!! Have been to this dealer on at least 4 occasions now and every time they are hours late returning our car - despite booking weeks to months ahead to ensure timings would be meet. When trying to get car back due to other commitments they just shrug their shoulders. They clearly just don't care - they've already got their money - and you have no choice but to change your commitments and wait. And, while they tell you a lot of little things are wrong just to take more of your money, they don't seem to actually fix the problems you went in with?? WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

Positive is that they do good work. Negative is that dealing with them is as appealing as facing the dentist. Their approach is cold and apparently efficient. Yet strangely they are not efficient. Recently they returned me in the courtesy bus at 16.50 only to have me wait 30 minutes until the car was ready. On this occasion also, and not for the first time, they recommended work requiring me to book the car in another day. Two jobs were involved. One was replacing wiper blades, a job they should have done that day. Other was brake pads. Other places tend to phone and get a clearance to do such an expensive job the same day. This seems beyond Lennocks capacity. I pay for an extended warranty of six years on my car. This was arranged through Lennocks when I bought the car. However, it is beyond their capacity for the service centre to flag on my record that my 4 year old car is still covered by the warranty the sales staff arranged. I have had to pay for warranty work when I have not thought to point out that I have the extended warranty. These are only some of the irritations dealing with Lennocks. I go there only because they are the sole VW service centre in Canberra south. Oh for some competition.
