Welcome! I’m Lilian and I created Lily’s Vegan Kitchen.
I am passionate about food as well as assisting people with their general wellbeing through fresh, nutritionally balanced meals. I am often inspired by many different sources, and cook based on the principles of a wholefoods, plant-based diet, and strive to use ingredients that are organic, seasonal, and local whenever possible, and free of preservatives, artificial sweeteners, additives and chemicals. I strongly believe that healthy food can be approachable, delicious, and indulgent. Also offer a wide gluten-free and Nut-free range.
