Lovenails

I had a pedicure . Yesterday . The water was stone cold . I had to ask twice for hot water . (, so did 3 other women) . Then the girl proceeded to peel the shelack nail polish off my toes. I also had to ask twice for it to be soaked off like another lady was having hers soaked . My big toenail is sore after the worker dug around with a blunt instrument . I've never posted a review before but was so unhappy. The chairs are all old and need replacing, My experience was quite negative , not relaxing at all either. I won't go back unfortunately.

Just don't. Unless you want unprofessional staff, rushed service, and chipped nails on the same day.

Really disappointed! The lady that did mine used the electric filer to close to my skin and ended up making it bleed and ended up stinging. I asked for square, though some had pointed edges while some were curved.

Worst service. Took my sister to get our nails done and the lady with the blonde hair was pretty rude and rough with the way the manicure was done. She was rude speaking to her colleague in their language complaining about us. Yes I clearly heard what she was saying to her coworker. She overcharged me as well because I was very vocal about how she was treating us. She did a good job but my nail chipped the very next day.

Please fix up your manners and a little smile won't hurt anyone.

My experience here has always been great I have not had a problem and always go to kippax to get my nails done.

Went to love nails Belconnen mall to have my lashes done. THe girl who did them was really nice and I didn't have any discomfort or irritation, I actually felt bad for her; as I fell asleep while getting it done..hope I didn't snore.
I don't know about other people but I had a great experience.

Went to remove my nails they chiped away at the edges and used another fake nail to stick underneath my origanal nail a rip it off it was very painful

Worst place EVER for eyelash extensions! First of all she kept leaving me in the room mid way of doing my lashes, I understand a few minutes but not long extended amounts of time, she also managed to get glue in my eye which made them water perfusely and become red and very irritated!
When she had finished, my eyes were in so much pain and felt like they were glued together which she pulled apart so I could open my eyes. After paying for the lashes my eyes stung and wouldn't stop tearing up, she didn't say anything in regards to it and just assumed I was new to eyelash extension (which I'm not).
In saying that, straight after getting the lashes done my partner helped me to the pharmacy to purchase eye drops.
All in all DON'T GET THEM DONE HERE! I wouldn't even rate them with 1 star! Terrible experience

Paid for a 'manicure with hot stone massage'.... No massage.. No stones... Barely even some hand cream... Won't be heading back there.

They didint do what I asked for if they told me before that they don't have what they need to do them I would never had got them done and In the end it cost me more then what they had in their panflip very unimpressed $75 waisted
