Luton Properties Manuka

When I first moved to Canberra and looking for a rental property, I found a cosy place with Luton Prooerties Manuka. When I first visited their office, I could tell the quality of their work from the first sight. But the most gratitude I have is for my property manager, Melissa Hueso. Her kindness, the diligent and prompt manner and her amiable demeanor rendered my stay truly pleasant. As an unexperienced tenant in Australia, I was very lucky to have such property manager.

I own an investment property in the Landmark complex, for which Melissa Huesso is the manager.
Melissa has been doing an outstanding job, particularly recently when there has been a lot to do.
The flat has had a change of tenants. In addition, it had become a little tired and, in consultation with Melissa, we settled on a number of things to refresh it before a new tenant moved in.
Melissa managed superbly every aspect of the change of tenants and the work on the flat.
She kept me well-informed about progress, and replied promptly to my questions.
It is always a pleasure to deal with her.

Totally agree with the previous comment and I wish I’d read it 2 years ago :(. The service is appalling. Response of the property manager to any requests is slow (4 weeks +) or none. A long list of issues related to the way the property is managed…
Total waste of my money and time.
