Went to bed macbook perfectly fine, woke up vertical lines all over the screen - practically broken. Took it to Apple Store in the city: $700+ repair, assumed my fault. Mac1 put it all on warranty. We need more blokes like these guys

Spent a good half hour trying to get the last screw out of my MacBook's back, took it in and they got it out in a few seconds. Slightly embarrassing but very helpful ;)

Excellent customer service, very relatable and easy going. Also, fixed my computer fan for FREE. In and out in 15 minutes. Amazing business, would visit them again.

"it'll be ready this afternoon"- replaced what was needed (2 days later than first anticipated), but created another problem in the process.

Excellent, timely service.

Took in a MacBook, and the guy had shown me diagnostic results within 10 minutes. Provided me with an estimated cost and time for repair and both were reasonable and accurate.
