The team at Mackinley optical were nothing short of professional, thorough and accurate in diagnosing a condition I thought was due to bad eyesight. The optimetrist was well trained and knowledgeable and the after care service received was second to none. The manager of the store called several times throughout the following weeks to check on my treatment plan and on my overall wellbeing. This was my first visit to the store after having visited several optometrists in the canberra region and I can safely say Mackinley optical will now be my permanent optometrist. Thank you to the team who advised correctly and didnt allow me to waste my money on something I didnt need. A great famiy business run by genuine people who care.
