Always friendly and helpful staff

Macpac were brilliant about 20 years ago. No longer. Their gear is about as good as Kathmandu which aint saying much!

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful

Sale prices are not reflected in store and when questioned the staff member told me to just buy it online. No wonder stores are closing when you get this sort of reaction from staff.
The same staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves and friends to serve customers. When they did it's with reluctance.
Prices are a bit steep but the clothing items so far appear to be worth it.

Quality product lines, receipt tracking for members, friendly staff.

Was in the shop for a bit looking at hiking bags. Despite a staff member being close by i was offered no help. Consequently I went to other outdoors shops for the purchase
