I recently had a rental application with these guys and their customer service stills were woeful. I lodged the application and a couple of days later called the office to ask the agent in charge of the property Jessica Campbell to see how it was going, Plus I had some questions about the property. The receptionist told me that Jessica was busy and the application was with the landlord for review and that jessica would call me back later. The following day I heard nothing, I called again and got the same response. I called back on three other occasions, asked to speak to Jessica and instead got the "she is unavailable at the moment" and the same response saying "your application is with the owner". The receptionist could never answer any of my questions about the house that I had. FINALLY 8 days after submitting the application I get an automated text saying our application was unsuccessful. Still no call back from Jessica. I later found out that mine or my husbands workplace, or current real estate agency was never even contacted for referrals, so either our application was discarded from the get go (whilst keeping us hanging on) or they are woeful at checking out potential tenants for rental properties....either way they were a hopeless and frustrating outfit...beware!

My partner and I had a terrible experience with these guys. When we moved in the stove wasn't working (would only work on HIGH heat on all hot plates), when we informed Kayla (our property manager) she said that the last tenant never complained and suggested we had done something to break it which was just silly considering their was faulty wiring sticking out the range head when we moved in. Took them over a month to fix it and had to use camp gas stove in meantime (very dangerous). The reverse cycle took them 2 months to fix (also wasnt working when we moved in) we had to call atleast twice a week to make inquiry on the progress. All but one of the Windows could be opened in the house, they never fixed the old latches. Talking to them was an absolute nightmare, they'd juggle our calls around to different agents and lie about things they had discussed with the landlord (I know this because I spoke with him on several occasions when he came to visit the flat next door) ... And don't even get me started on how long it too them to process the bond back to us one we moved out... 3 whole Months. Don't go with their rentals, you'll regret it!!!!! Especially if you looking to rent a small unit. They dont prioritise people paying under $300 a week.. One would assume they have high paying tenets around inner south suburbs that they clearly make priorities for... Well... I'm guessing that's why we were always on the back burner.. That or just utter incompetence.

I have been let down on a couple of unrelated matters were I have enquired about buying a property. On the first occasion I took time out of my working schedule to meet on of the senior team at the property. After waiting 20 mins without a even call or answer to my phone calls I left to go back to work. On the way back I got a phone call asking me to return. No apologies and all very tardy. On the most recent I requested details and viewing options for a property but the same senior team member dealing with that property 'could not be located' but I should expect a call back soon. Nothing heard. Just not good enough. Be more professional and lift your game!
I am on a local Body Corporate Exec Committee, when someone suggested that we consider using this agency as our Building manager quashed it. Tardiness cost you money, the client never forgets.
