Maximise Your Fitness Description

My name is Amber and I am the proud owner of Maximise Your Fitness. I come from a long history of competing in a number of sports as well as instructed in physical training. I am fully qualified in Certificate III & IV in fitness as well as holders of my senior first aid certificates.

It is my passion to help everyone reach their goals and the body they have always wanted whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, improvement in fitness or just general health and well being. I am here to help you.
