Mcdonald'S Canberra Centre

I absolutely loved the service here. Staff are well trained and very friendly and I'm never disappointed. Their chips are always fresh and well salted and I always get my food within 5 minutes of it being cooked.

Bloody ledgends here at this maccas! Never lets me down and always happy to see them 👌👌

Poor customer service, even worse execution of order. I had no sauce or onion or tomatoes on my burger. Cold fries that was probably more than a day old. I was there 5th June at 4pm. They were understaffed and sent out incomplete orders. The one star is for the diverse menu.

The most disorganised and under trained staff I have seen in any shop. While I was waiting for them to have three tries at getting an order for a large coffee correct, I did not see anyone that got what they ordered. I would give a minus rating if it was possible. Unfortunately I can't give it less than one star. And after three goes at getting the correct coffee in the correct size cup with the correct cream content it was several degrees cooler than standard. Lukewarm just above body temperature .
