Mcdonald'S Woden

Ordered a big mac recieved a quarter pounder ordered a mcfeast only had lettuce tomato no sauce. Oreder a cicken ceaser wrap had no bacon. Service took 15mins. I saw two oreders before were wrong should have checked mine but was fed up with waiting. And the manager was blaming the other customers. Second time in two weks thet have got my irder wrong.

Had a great experience here. However, like all Macca's, YMMV. Convinient and in a food court so you have other options.

Public Holiday Monday - burgers were ok, chips were stale & old. Never expect freshness from this store.

Young boy working was lovely. Burger was cold

I am a staff member at Mcdonalds Woden and i have to say that since i was hired I was treated like family and i have seen everyone i work with do their best to make all customers happy and i also do my best to do so. I rated this store 5 stars because its not just a fast food joint but a place with a family like atmosphere that we all hope makes peoples days a little happier.

Absolutely disgusted every time I come to Woden maccas there is something wrong, just brought a ham burger and when they gave it to me there was a bite out of it, 10/10 wouldn't recommend go to Coolo

2 X Pancakes for breakfast for my husband and I to eat at the park ,get to destination with bag two coffees ,No cutlery to eat with and no maple syrup just 6 whipped butter's 😡 the birds enjoyed the dry flat bits of cardboard ,how hard can it be to remember three things not happy

I got Homemade Gourmet creation from McDonalds Woden. I opened it and there was NO BEEF.. I returned it and get replaced to a fresh one, worst customer service especially from the Manager (12/03/17, 4PM). Got my "fresh" burger but wasn't really fresh!

Excellent service from Samuel and Hannah! Excellent coffees, friendly people!!

Fast food

Woden has to be the absolute WORST McDonalds we have ever been to ' warning stay clear'. I will drive to weston or erindale instead for sure no matter how hungry!

We ordered 2 burgers from the 'create your own' menu. Well to start the machine didn't issue a number or receipt. Next the wait was lengthy despite ours being the only order except for a happy meal and drink. Waiting, waiting watching the less than efficient staff and the clock. Still waiting a guy wanders slowly from the back talks to one of the girls who tells us there is no spinach left. ok lettuce instead and wait another 8 minutes (on top of 20). Finally 2 boxes arrive BUT no chips (we paid extra for the meal upgrade) ! The girl shrugs her shoulders with a blank look and suggests they are in the box. NO THERE NOT! Gives a bag from warmer ('as this will be quicker, sorry for the wait - quote').
Ok just hungry for gods sake.
Well didn't stop there - the chips were stone cold and limp! The burger missed ordered ingredients and it was also COLD and pretty tasteless. All in all an appalling meal that cost us $30!!!
Would have been better and cheaper at any of the other food outlets.
DON'T choose to eat here you will definitely regret it! !!
