Mercedes-Benz Canberra

I have been meaning to write a quick review about the service department at the Mercedes Benz in Fyswick now for a little while. So my apologies for the delay to the service department, especially Sarah.
I don't think I have ever met anybody so customer focused as she is.
She simply could not do enough for me and I watched her with other customers being just as friendly and efficient as with me.
The service department did a great job on my C250 CDI and my car was washed and cleaned as well.
I am in the process of purchasing a new CLS 250 diesel ( unfortunately not from the Fyswick Dealer) and will definitely bring my car back for the necessary services to follow.

Big thanks to the team, especially Justin and Joanne who worked under pressure to get our sale through in rapid time. We could not have asked for better service. When we need our next car Justin will be the person we call! Really appreciate it guys.

Good services, very accommodating. You can get a loan vehicle when you put your Mercedes in for service, an excellent bonus for those who don't want to be taking taxis or buses.

Worst service EVER. I stood in front of a sales person for 20 mins and he could not even say hello. I was prepared to do a deal on a car but have now found one else where. DISGRACEFUL, DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Went to have my Mercedes serviced today with an identified issue and was served by the very beautiful, and competent, miss Sarah. If every experience I had there was as good as the customer service by Sarah I would be incredibly happy

I must admit that on 3 occassions my experience with Service Department & new/used cars staff was first class each time. I recently visited MB Canberra when I had a problem with my Slk. I was welcomed by a young well presented female staff (Sarah) from service department. I was some what blown away by her friendly but professional approach. She patiently waited until I explained my concerns about my slk & offer for me to wait until the mechanics get a chance to diagnose the problem. Shortly after, she return & explain what needed to be done to get my car back to ( health ). The parts arrived next morning & my car was ready for me to pick up. The whole process was very smooth. I was taken by staff memeber to where I need it to go on that day & she kept me informed at all times. I would call her Ms AMG of Service dep, if I may.

I mentioned before that I have been there on ( 3 occassions ), so I feel another member of Service department should get a praise as well. The person I'm speaking of is Adam in service department. We have another MB that gets serviced there & Adam just as Sarah was very professional explaining to us whats been done to our cars. Last, but not least Mr Roc in used car sales. I had the pleasure to buy a used Mercedes Benz from this man when he worked in another dealership. Have no hesitation to recommend this man when looking for the another Mercedes Benz. I look forward to continuing receiving a good service in future. Definitely value for money..

The most underwhelming experience of my life. I visited the dealer to spend $160,000 the customer service was rubbish no help and a bunch of unmotivated useless associates. I got a model and specifications sheet and the paper was in black and white so I didn't know what colours where available. When it came time to find the model 75% of the models where missing and no models where available for a test drive. Do yourself a favour and shop for a high end vehicle in Sydney or Melbourne where customers actually are considered.

All under SORRY account.
Brought my car service. I told them I live 1.5 hour away. Did not give me courtesy car.
Inwas told next day the car should be ready. I delayed all my meeting till the next day hoping the car will be ready. Received a call next day, part did not arrive. Could you imagine doing business with a car. I was restricted and cancel all meetings again.

Was my mistake I did not believe the negative comments was written about this place.

They have to get much better.
Will never be back again.

Today I picked up my C Class after its first service. Firstly the cost was half of what I expected. So I am off to a great start. But it's timely to write a review because being a relationships type of person I just want to say how impressed I was and how much I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my first Mercedes Benz. Glenn and the team under promised and over delivered and isn't that how it should be. No pressure, just a nice overview of the features and options and they kept in regular communication with me as we went through the process. They even lent me one of their cars for the weekend so we could get used to it, even though we had already put in in our order. Thanks guys, I know where I shall come for my next Merc. And thank you for looking after me and my wife so well. Cheers
