Top Service. Coffee has greatly improved since early 2017. Like to visit every day.

Great service and great coffees and cakes BUT beware that in cake of the day and coffe deal, usually the cake is hard and stale and the prices are more expensive than other Michel's Patisseries.

Best Michel patisserie I've been too. Great coffee, tea and selections of cakes and other sweets and savory.

Michels Patisserie is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat and a coffee.

There's a decent seating area to the rear of the cafe, but it's literally right in the centre of the shopping centre with people walking by all round you on the way to other stores.

Their sausage rolls are pretty great.

Absolutely disgraceful service, they would rather do the dishes befor serving the customer then had the hide to serve customers that arrived after us befor us. Extremely rude would not recommend at all.

People often shoving those in line to grab their drinks but otherwise it's an Ok place.

Please change your milk... i just brought 2 coffees and are now throwing them out. Disgusting... homebrand woolworths milk is not how to make a good coffee. Barista is great ur milk u buy not so much.

Daniel, Louis and staff are great! We go here everyday if possible to get our coffee. It can get very busy during peak times however the wait is worth every sip of our coffees! Our orders are always remembered and It is written and asked if it's one or two today! Don't ever change you're coffee or attitudes everyone!

Disregard the old reviews, Daniel and staff are efficient and friendly and coffee is consistent! Snaks are OK (standard Michel's (to be expected)). Been a regular there for three years now (almost daily) and am never hurried, even when they're busy! Recommended when in Riverside.

Great for after school snacks, a variety of all pastries, cakes and sweets. A good selection on hot and cold beverages.

I was a regular here for my morning coffees before work for years and these guys know how to make a great coffee, I changed jobs and now only go in occasionally when I can and not only do they remember me and my order they still deliver a great coffee.

The pastries are dry, coffees are burnt and expensive, and far more importantly, staff manage to take your orders while barking at you without so much as a "please" or "thank you". Take your money elsewhere to a place where the staff know how to be civil.

Very very very bad service both times I had been there. Lack customer service skills.

Finally I found a place with a good coffee in Canberra. Great place for parents with kids.

Place became grate after the new management took a steering wheel. Great service, amazing prices, perfect menu.
