Bad service Bad coffee Rude owner uninterested in customer feed back......Said hello to the staff behind the counter who is the owners Mum ,she did not respond or smile ,I Ordered a Soy Cappuccino I was charged an extra 50 cents for Soy which is pretty standard but when coffee came it was a flat white not a cappuccino..I looked at the soy milk they were using it was the cheapest Soy milk you can buy ...Home-brand Woolworths that costs a $120.00 to buy ..I mention to the staff member that the Soy Milk they used was terrible and they need to use a better barrister Soy to make coffee's with not a Home brand ,so the owner came and intervened and said they had used the same type of soy milk for thirteenth years as long as she had owned the shop...I informed her that Home brand Woolworths had not been around for thirteen years so that was impossible..she started to argue with me and I said what she thought is irreverent as I was the customer and I was only giving feed back as a customer who knows about Soy milk ,they were uninterested and Rude...Want be going back there again..EVER
