Poor customer service.

Went in today Twice, first time was busy so I returned once it was close to emptied, I was after watches for my GF's Bday so i wait about 10mins no one helped me although staff asked the female customers if they needed help and then walked around straightening up items 😂 two other girls standing at the register where talking about plans for the weekend, once i decided to leave the store one girl asked it i needed help! Thanks but its a bit late 👎👎👎👎

Always walking in to cheerful, knowledgeable staff members that always look the part and are able to help with most questions. Walking out of the store with the feeling of a personalised experience that MIMCO can only provide.
