Mitchell Lawnmower Centre

Always more than helpful. Especially when i need something quick for one of my Stihl chainsaws. Because im a contracter this is what youre looking for. Purchased my other stuff there as well.

Called in to see if I could get some replacement parts for a 25 year old lawnmower and a whipper snipper, the man that served me was most helpful and took the time to try and track down the parts for me, using a few different resources. Most appreciated for his time and effort, thanks.

The worst customer service i had is with Toro Mitchell in ACT. i recently bought a Toro zero turn mower from queanbeyan NSW and in just 9 hours the decking belt has snapped. Went to the toro mitchell and they were not ready to believe it was snapped and was blaming me and then had a personal inspection of the deck and then said they can not find any damage in the deck.

i asked them can i leave the mower there and they said its hard for them to have it in shop so asked me to bring the mower when i get a message. got the message only after 2.5 weeks. took the mower last saturday 5-3-16 to the shop and the first thing they said it is $89 has the belt is not in the warranty.

i got surprised and further he said you could have taken the mower to the place you bought it rather than why you brought it here has we did not sell the mower. then what is the point of having a service centre ???

There was another staff who do not even know what happened has he was not there when i came first and do not even know our conversation but stright away started with abusive conversation saying its always good to go where you bought the mower rather than coming here and said i could have left the mower here then it could cover under warranty but i said its their staff who refused to have the mower. i left the mower on 5-3-16 and he said if you leave the mower i will not charge you and i said it was surprising has i am ready to leave the mower but you guys refused and now putting the flame on me.

Atlast got a message yesterday 8-3-16 and when my friend went to the shop they have charged $89 for deck belt and $97 for labour plus GST. i have a receipt which says all the deck is fine its just the belt has snapped.

I just checked the warranty given by you which states 90 days warranty for belts and tires.

thanks guys...i was about to go to them today to buy a lawnmower...not going to waste my time
