Absolutely terrible experience several times. Yes, I was silly enough to give a another chance.

Food and service as bad as each other.
Their lack of equipment to toast a sandwich after they offered to toast it was microwaved!
When I asked not to microwave my food I was told I had to leave!

Amazing service and an out of this world iced chocolate

Was looking for a relatively healthy gluten free sandwich for lunch. Staff were very helpful in making recommendations. Waited a long 15 minutes and was extremely disappointed, took one bite and put the rest in the bin. I asked for a light spread of margarine - the bread was soaked in butter (not good for lactose intolerance). The chicken also had a lots of fatty bits. Oil oozing through the paper bag. Yuk! Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Very friendly staff, great food and reasonable prices. Will miss their hospitality now I've moved to Woden.

Excellent food, great service. These guys care to get it right.
