My Gp Gungahlin

Only had to wait 15 min, found receptionist and staff lovely. Great doctor. This is going to be my regular practice.

The Dr's here are wonderful. They never make you feel rushed. They diagnosed my health problems with one blood test after years of being missed by other Dr's. They taught my 8 year old to swallow tablets in one consults. They bulk bill during the week.

I have finally found a Doctor who really investigates your illness great. Lyn one of the reception staff is pleasant engages in light banter, I think some people are to grumpy when not feeling well. just have to get over it.

Very rude receptionist Lyn. Lyn, you can not decide the nature of appointment as non-critical. All I need to know is when the doctor is available and book the time.

Extremely rude middle aged receptionist called Lyn. She is condescending and talks down to patients as though they are idiots. Dismisses any feedback or suggestions and has zero common sense.

The physicians at My GP Gungahlin are really nice. But I'm not coming back. When you're feeling unwell and you go see your physician, do you really want to be belittled by this incompetent lady and feel upset for the rest of your day?

This lady is better off working at a Coles check out. Because at least Coles customers would have the option to pay for their groceries by self serve.

Very little wait time. Helpful receptionist and doctor Shah listened to me and was helpful. He did seem to care which I have found it hard to find a doctor he seems to care so I would have no problem recomending.
