Myer

Could Myer management try calling the Belconnen store - (02 6176 1871). I've tried 11 times this morning and can't get ANYONE to answer. It's always the same - no staff ANYWHERE How can you expect a store with no staff to sell anything. More stuff walks out the door that is paid for I'm sure.

Great product, awesome service

Switchboard connects me to a number that then rings out. Called again ad connects me to a number that is not in service and terminates call. Poor customer service!

Good range

In desperate need of a refurbishment.....

The 'background music' in the store was so loud I could not hear the staff member. This denies access to many customers who are hearing impaired. Please turn the music down. The staff said this could not be done in the store.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the wonderful service provided to me by Helen Hanbridge in the women's apparel department of the Belconnen Myer Store, Canberra. I came away feeling that I had received the the highest standard of attention and service possible! Thank you so much Helen, you made my shopping experience a total pleasure.
