This dealership makes an effort to service vehicles on time and as was explained to you when you drop your car off. I had the service explained and the detailed work sheet covered all the costs and work performed. I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism of the staff when dropping the car off and picking it up again.

We have just purchased Hyundai Tucson from National Capital Hyundai. Our sales consultant Lang Liu was very knowledgable and answered our every query. He was very attentive and we were not pressured at any time to make a decision. The negotiated price was very favourable and better than we could achieve elsewhere, but most importantly of all, we bought locally to support local business.

It took 10 min for someone to notice us. The salesman didnt know how to use the computer program for a quote and no one wanted to help him. Not purchasing a vehicle from here! I do not recommend.
