7 calls across 7 weeks, each time leaving my name and number for someone from parts retail dept to call me back and nothing to this day. Apparently theyre always too busy to take my calls.

Appalling customer service stay away from the belconnen branch.

I went there 2 times and the sales staff were busy with other customers. They didn't even tell me to wait or didn't even notice me. I spent 20 minutes by my own looked at the cars and brochures and came out. I wanted to buy a Rondo and no info or help from the staff. Poor service.

Had a great experience with this dealership! Everyone there was very kind and helpful. It made buying my first car very easy!

I owned a Kia Cerato for 10 years and had no problems whatever with it, so decided to get another Cerato. I am hoping this will prove as good a vehicle as the previous one. People at National Capital Kia were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous during our dealings with them in the purchase of the new vehicle.

Didn't want to help at all. Staff on their mobile phones looking at Facebook. When asked a question they fobbed me off. Not happy, went to opposition.

The salespeople were very informative and could confidently answer all my questions. I got a pretty good deal too.
