Had a fantastic experience, Sam was incredibly helpful. My car that was suppose to be trading in had been damaged. However Sam was supportive and still traded my car post the damage.
They even helped with fitting the baby car seat and making the change over smooth as I have a 6month old baby.

Checked in my x trail T32 for a service one morning and few h ours later received a call from National Capital Nissan that someone crash into my car. Went to pick up the car and my car had massive front end damage. Service rep gave me a hand written note containing person who did it and told me to take care of it. Not only the damage was my problem to deal with, dealer did not perform any safety checks for the damage it took. Only carried out the service I paid for.. I had to run around to get it fixed and to this date I have not heard any apologies from National Capital Nissan. Not too convenient location but I use Nissan at Woden. Don't waste your time and money at Belco nissan everybody!! :(

I recently acquired a 2001 Nissan Pulsar - had reason to disconnect the battery (replaced the starter motor) and discovered I did not have the PIN for the sound system - Contacted NCN, gave them the VIN #, and they had the answer in about two hours. I call that service!

I cannot praise this dealership highly enough. Ravi and his team were patient, professional and supportive and I ended up with the car of my dreams.
