This takes the actual motivation of the guards to the next level – when they see a senior person of a company is helping them, mentoring them (on the job training aspect) rather than someone, who is not even directly employed and have been sent to "cover the site" and have not fixed roster, not been vetted /interviewed by the actual company. This makes a lot of difference in the actual on the ground team.  We have the capability to resolve the problem as we will have the solution for it. We will not give "sweeteners". It is one of your motives to provide you exceptional customer service with an "at your service attitude" We will be fast and efficient. As mentioned previously, we will beat the three hour time frame and we mean it.  We are able to handle pressure, which includes not only us but our guards, we will provide them continuous training (which will be shared by the Territory). We will organise team meetings in which guards will share their experiences, situations, how they handled them and finally, lessons learnt with the broader team. This is one of the things which will make our company stand out from others.  We will not have a problem with knowledge retention and recall. All our Data is on the cloud, which is shared amongst the Management Team. This includes a daily log and feedback from the Account Manager visiting the site.  Last but most important, we will communicate with you, we will talk to you and provide you feedback.
