National Capital Toyota

I went into the store earlier this week and Brodie Hayes served me. I was with my husband at the time and we were discussing what car would be best suited to our needs. My husband had to take a phone call and left me alone with him. He was very flirty, touchy/feely and came across as sleezy and sneaky. He tried to sell us a more expensive car which was totally not suitable for our needs as we had already discussed this earlier. Maybe if he had listened to what we were saying I would not have written this review. His service was poor and he found any opportunity to talk to me alone in an unprofessional manner. I will not be returning as that service was extremely unhelpful.

I bought a new Camry RZ from National Capital Toyota today. The service and assistance of this company are really amazing. I really appreciate Joshua and Matt who supported me to fulfil my dream; and I highly recommend this Toyota showroom for everyone.

What a wonderful experience of getting our new Toyota Corolla Hybrid. Marco has turned the stress of purchasing a car into an exciting and surprisingly pleasant encounter. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He understands our needs and provided tailored advice according to our needs and preferences.

Toyota have always been a pleasure to deal with. I've utilised Toyota dealerships through my work and it's nice to know that the service is just as good when dealing with them personally. My recent and only expereince with NCT is not some thing that i am happy about. I have taken my Prado for major service according to a quote from the Service Manger which was around 1100.
However on the day, a lady called me and told that they have found couple of issues which would cost more money. They said there are two fuel filters and one of them is replaced, the second is only replace as required. She mentioned this would cost $160. I disputed that as the quote didnt mention that. They should have informed me about it etc. She then told me she would call me back after double checking with the manager. No one called me back.

I later checked the service book (for a major service), it is clearly written Diesel cars have two fuel filters and replace them, so dont know why the service manager was saying replace as required and why that was not included in the cost. This is where they try and extract money

When i picked up my car, they havent changed the second fuel filter. I told the service manager who gave me the quote (name not including here) that the lady over the phone promised a call back, but no one called. The service manager was apologetic and he asked me if i want to do it. it would cost $160 and he cant reduce the price, but she could have been. I aksed him to fix that too and it took another 20 minute to do so while i was waiting. The cost of the labour they charged for 20 minutes is $55. Amazing.. that makes an hourly labour of $165.

I would say the work they did may be ok or it is too early to comment, but definitely at a ridiculous price and they way do extract money is even horrible. Overall experience forced me to take a decision not to go there any more.

I didn't know buying a new car would be easy but Josh made it extremely easy. My all queries were professionally answered and handled. I couldn't be more happier than I am right now. I am definitely going back to them for my all vehicle needs and services.

I've worked at a number of dealerships around Australia and I would like to stress that National Capital Toyota has to be the best, most professional and friendly environment I have ever experienced. I love going to work everyday, Michael Hanrahan and Luke Cooper are the best General manager and sales managers I could ever have the pleasure of working with, keep up the good work guys

This is out third purchase within 18 months with NCT and as usual they kept their promise on the delivery date and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Well worth the drive from Sydney for us.
