Kids had an absolute ball. So much to see before you even get in the museum. The museum itself is small but crammed with stuff to see and some things to touch. Impressive small fossil and crystal selection in the store that is like a little museum in itself.
Surprisingly well done - heaps of information and educational material for both kids and grown-ups. Loved the outdoor Dino menagerie -and a great opportunity for fun photos
Wonderful! Great place to take the family. Lots of information and interesting things to learn. The staff were lovely and the gift shop was great.
Pleasently and genuinely surprised as this placed entertained our 2yr old and 5yr old. With our 5yr old being given a special gift for her positive interactive attitude. Thanks staff at National Dinosaur Museum for making a lasting memory for both our children.
I had low expectations when I took four of my siblings, aged 4-17, to this museum; however, it was absolutely incredible! All of my siblings loved it! The atmosphere was exciting; the interactive nature of the exhibits had every age engaged. The staff was friendly, knowledge, and very focused on the children. The quality of the exhibits were exceptional; carefully thought-out and interesting. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I can't wait to go again 😊
The kids will love it. Large scale models outside are fantastic...but inside is run down and one visit is all you are likely to want. Getting a Scoopon is a good idea, but mind the small print as it is not valid for weekends.
Great spot for the prehistoric die hard. My toddler was smitten by the displays on the outside of the venue. There's lots of photos taking opportunities and a great gift shop that sells awesome dinosaur related games and toys for the kids.
Easily spent a few hours here. The guided talk was very enjoyable. I never knew the ice age wasn't worldwide or that humans have a third eye and share a similar skeleton to a fish. Wow. Our kids loved the dinosaurs outside and the fossil dig.
Fantastic place! I've never seen so many dinosaurs! Some of them look real! They make noises and move. They also have a good variety of crystals
