Worst pedicure, no massage and extremely bad infection control, feet almost felt worse afterwards, felt as though we were getting rushed

Terrible customer service. Lady (Aeyun) who did my nails was without any manners at all, she looked angry the whole time while serving me. Did not look at me even once even when I spoke to her. She also was pretty rough with my hands, flicking the fingers as she completed them as if she was throwing them somewhere. Finished them as fast as possible, and it was not a professional job at all. I could have done it myself actually, Badly spent $22/-. I would be happy to give 35/- for a better attitude. Can’t even give it 1 star, half maybe..
Ugh, never again. And avoid Aeyun..!

Rude rude rude. Asked for SNS without manicure , got charged a manicure when they did nothing ! We were the ONLY one in the shop and the staff were on their phones and still rushed out of the store ! DONT GO HERE

Most rushed mani and shellac ive ever had. She peeled off two acrylic nails instead of soaking them and applied colour on my fingers and unevenly to my nails.

Worst shellac ive ever had. Firstly my pinky didnt set and ended up staying sticky for over an hour, which eventually ruined. I got my nails done on "Friday" and by today "Monday" they are already all chipped. I dont work with my hands too much so this is unusual and due to bad service. Would recommend to go somewhere else, unless your happy for your nails to last 2 days. Pic above

Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I wish that I had read the reviews online before going there. I was waiting for over 45 min and the only thing they did during that time was soak my nails in nail polish remover. They try and squeeze as many customers as they can at the expense of providing a good customer service. I politely said to them that I can no longer have my nails done as I am out of time and that next time they should advise people if there is insufficient time to get their nails done instead of keeping them waiting and rushing people through. The lady then rudely dismissed this and waved her hand as if to shoo me out the door. Please re-think your customer service and the approapriate behaviour to ensure people come back!!

The worst experience ever. Overpriced for the crappy quality and an awful atmosphere of fighting staff who force you to pay when they want you to pay. Very pushy, rough and overall rude. Will never visit again and would suggest no one else puts them self in this position.

Do everything you possibly can to avoid getting your nails done here.

if I could give this place 0 I would. Paid for a half done pedi and peeling off shellac. This happened the day after I got them done. Everything about this place is bad from service to the crappy chairs. Take your money and time elsewhere!

Wish I had read the reviews before visiting. Rude staff and the pedicure was average at best. I changed my mind about the colour only after one toe was painted and she just said shouting at me saying busy busy busy.

This is the worst nail place I have ever been to. They are rude and inexperienced. They have completely ruined my nails and all I had done was my nail polish removed. They also charged $20 just to have polish removed. That is ridiculously overpriced. I would never recommended this place to anyone.
