Nisbets Express Catering Equipment

Really annoying that they don't deliver to Canberra, not even to pick up in the store. So if I want to get something online that's not in the Canberra store get taxed for it, it sucks. Sometimes some things are cheap so that's good. The staff in the Canberra store are nice enough though. Still figuring it out but friendly, the stars are for the staff.

Had a fantastic experience in the store. Loved the enthusiasm during their birthday celebration (glad i picked that day!). The staff were very helpful and assisted me with getting the glasses i needed.

I wish there is zero for rating. I should review other rating before I decided to go into this store. People stay away from this company. Unprofessional staff has no product knowledges and the headoffice is being absolutely rude and no helpful.They misleading us to purchased a commercial deep fryer, informed us just use a home BBQ gas bottle from bunnings, fortunately we never did. Otherwise it may have an explosion, it could put people’s live in danger!!! And now they are rejecting our refund because they found oil in the tank. I have called up the manufacturer they informed me all the deep fryer has been oil tested. Can’t believe they don’t even have this knowledge. Never ever buy anything from them!!!! Spend your money somewhere else.

A quick tip for people contemplating buying equipment from Nisbets. DON’T. If it’s broken on unboxing don’t expect a replacement.
Bought a condiment tray for $26. It’s broken when I opened the box 5 days later. I just assumed they would replace. Nope, it’s not within 24 hours, stiff bickies.
I’m fitting out a food trailer and need about $10k of hot and cold gear next week. Only one place that will never ever get another cent from me.
LOL, you guys are nuts. Poorest possible customer service.
