I went to Off Ya Tree to get my rook pierced and I absoultly loved my experience, as the customer service was amazing! And the piercer was so gentle it was amazing!

Though I do love you're beautiful dresses, I do not appriciate those "crucifying" deals and "resurrecting" zombie sale during the holy time of Easter. You may not agree but please refrain from mocking what belongs to the Christian faith and is dear to us. I know you have free will to do so and I will respect that, I simply ask that you not do it in this way as I find it deeply disturbing. You are mocking my God who was crucified in hellish pain...#notadvertisingmaterial But if you do continue to do so, please don't be racist and do include all the other religions as well in the future, if you must #equality

Have had 8/10 piercings here- ive had the best piercings and treatment from your staff. Hairhouse and Redpaths will always have you as their top competition- I love you guys!

We've been there a few times for piercings and it has always been great! The staff are always friendly and the piercings were cheap and done well.

Was a regular, but the girl working there was really rude and unprofessional when I tried to get an exchange on something I'd bought the day before. She could have just explained their policy. Instead she had a go at me and started accusing me of trying to return used goods to get new ones / being a cheapskate for coming in to exchange something 'cheap'. Never experienced such awful service before, guess they're only trained to be friendly when taking your money.
