Officeworks Belconnen

I went in at 8:45pm tonight 23oct 2017 to pick up my print after ordering it yesterday morning, I was at my friends place and thought it was convenient and could call past on the way home. When I went in there I asked if my print was ready and gave my name to the the dark haired girl in printing, she then replied in a very rude voice like she was angry about somthing "well did you get a text"?.... then I replied "no sorry I just thought I would call past on the way home because I thought it might be ready the girl i spoke to when I ordered it said 24 hours and its been past that but I can come back tomorrow its fine im in no rush" then she replied and said "did it come in a tube" witch I said " yeah thats probably it I paid for a tube to put it in" then she gave that to me. Then I asked "so its done is it, its printed inside awesome 😃" to witch she replied "well why dont you open it and have a look..." so I opened it and it wasnt done it was empty.. and said "ow its not there thats ok ill come back tomorrow or something all good" then I left. I wasnt at all upset that my print wasnt ready yet like I actually nearly forgot about it today and was just calling past on thay home because it was convenient that it was still open, I did feel pretty down as I left after having to talk to such bitter lady when entering the store, like honestly I approached the counter trying to be happy and a easy costumer to deal with having worked in customer service before I always do. It just seemed this lady had enough and didnt give two hoots about anything... not even joking this is not the right industry for her. Lets just hope she is not the one printing my image and I get it in one peice hey😉 wish me luck. Every other time I have come into office works I have recieved great service and the stock and prices are good this was im hoping a one off, even yesterday when I spoke to the printing section on the phone and dealed with them in the store they were great I think it might just be this one employee...

So... I didnt get my print after another two days I recieved a text saying my print was ready, I went in and it again wasnt ready. The guy serving ther apoligized and said he would do it right away for me. I said "no wories I can come by later to grab it." He then said "how would you like it with or without boarders" and I said "without but only crop from the top I got the lady that took my order to write it on the notes when I placed the order" he said we cant do that it only auto crops from the top and bottom... I got a refund and left😐

Hard to find staff to help but once you find one after 15 minutes or so of being there, they are quite helpful.

Good service and great range. I ended up buying something I had been thinking about for ages.

Passport photo service is excellent and much better than auspost. Staff are friendly and skillful. There are colouring sheets and other activities for kids.

Well laid out, labelling is good. Generally the staff demeanour is good (ish) but the Lady at the cash register (distinguished by her many tatoos) could learn a great deal by mixing with Bunnings staff for a shift or two. Customers are a retailers sole true asset and accordingly should be treated to smiles and pleasantry....not with "are you next?". I love Office Works. That is why i bother with feedback. Exceptional - Just witnessed a lady called Emma dealing with a lady who was obviously upset about something else and was taking it out on the staff! People need to understand staff cant always get it right but when you've got a supervisor standing there trying to help you and offering to get it sorted, don't insult her, if it had of been me I would have told the customer where to stick it. I often get my printing done here and yes it takes time, but I'm always happy and think the print shop guys are so helpful!

Pleasant staff but I always can't get my printing job successfully done there. Either have to wait for around 3-4 days for a piece of poster, or running out of the paper roll for 3 days.

Quite well stocked. One of the biggest Officeworks branches, and a good place to check if the Braddon branch doesn't have a specific item.

Helpful staff friendly and happy to help. I had to replace an internet router under manufactures warranty and the staff at this store sorted it out in 2 minutes. Highly recommended 5star..... :)

A lovely new man at the copying desk was quite lovely and helpful to myself and my partner. The personel in the store are very friendly. Great store over all
