I want to acknowledge Jocelyn in the print shop for her amazing patience and great advice when my cousin and I were struggling with IT issues when designing a graphic for the funeral of our grandmother last week. She solved all of our problems, recommended appropriate paper stock, and showed us how to get the result we wanted with a smile and no fuss. She's awesome!

Absolutely useless. Drove from tuggeranong because their printing machine didn't Work, waited 20 minutes in the Braddon store onlu to be told that it was having issues aswell. The rude staff didn't make it any easier and I had to have photos printed by 5pm. Get your act together or tell someone prior that you can't do something instead of wasting my time.

A good range but I prefer the Fyshwick store.

Guys on the print shop at great. Have them a USB with 30ish different docs, different quantities, and different sizes. All done waiting for me that night.

The store is fine but the printing stations for documents were terribly slow and clunky. Nobody using them was happy.

Conveniently located in the city. Nearby parking may be a little challenging on a weekday during peak periods. Has WiFi. Seems a little smaller than the Fyshwick store.

Went there once, great service and prices.
Bought an 8GB USB for $5, that was what I was looking for. I then went through the discounted items box, and found a nice bag, and got it for half price due to some missing buttons, but I got it for less that the already discounted price!

The staff helped me with the evevator, make the bag cheaper, and with my items with leaving, all in a friendly manner. Great store with great products, and amazing service.
