Once Upon A Birthday

Once Upon a Birthday specialises in creating a magical event for your child. Whether it be a woodland fairies party to a superhero party!

Once upon a birthday parties are a blend of unique and whimsical styling. I'm very focused on personal service and providing a beautiful party setting and environment.
I have a passion for detail and all things beautiful and use non- commercialized products. Because I am a mum I know how to please the children and make the party one that they won't forget!

The entertainment is kept very simple with just a few theme games that are age appropriate. The venue is up to you whether it be your living room, backyard or your favourite park!

Each party caters for a minimum of 6 children & a maximum of 10 children. Additional children $25 each.

Numbers need to be confirmed 1 week prior to the party. Due to staffing, catering and ordering purposes, no cancellations will be accepted 48 hours prior to the party.

I require at least one adult to remain at the venue of choice for the duration of the party for supervision purposes.

Closer to the party day I will confirm whether there are any children with dietary requirements. Please be aware that other food items not provided by myself, is at the parent's risk and cannot be handled or served by myself.

The Unhosted parties do not include games. I simply come & set it up for you & when it's all over I'll come back & pack it all up.
