Do not ask for a discount, you will get your head chewed off. Nothing polite was said to keep me going back. Go to one of the independent bike shops in the same area. They are always polite.

After checking out several bike shops in Canberra I decided to buy my second bike (first road bike) from Onya Bike because I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service, especially from a bloke called Hayden whom I dealt with. Will definitely be loyal customer for a long time with this store (and Belconnen Onya).

Awesome and Legendary! So much thanks goes to Tim who saved my trip from Brisbane to experience the Thredbo Downhill. Having arrived in Jindabyne on the afternoon of the 30th of December some low life stole the through rear axle off the bike while it was on the roof of the car parked in the shopping centre. Being a part not commonly held as a spare part, this trip we looking like a waste fo time until I happened to catch Tim by chance on the 31st of December briefly dropping into the shop. After confirming the part via text Tim was able to find a replacement part for me to use and even rode towards Jindbyne meeting on the side of the road in order to shorten my travel back to Canberra from Jindabyne. All those fellow riders in the ACT should count there luckly stars to have such a person looking after their biking interests. Tim thank you again and I can only hope Onya Bikes spreads its wings to Brisbane.

Staff run the best bike store in Canberra !

It seems that they have changed the staffs. Those friendly staffs have disappeared and current chaps are not friendly and not willing to serve their customers. When I came into the store no one was over the counter and I have to go further inside to meet the staff. They were answering my questions unemotionally.

These guys are awesome, I've been getting my bikes from them for years and they are always happy to do a "quick fix" for me at no charge.

Friendly and helpful staff, will be sticking with these guys, Civic and Belco are the best bike shops in Canberra.

Bought my faithful bike here years ago and still going strong... great bike shop, great community.

The service here is first rate. They took the time to get to know exactly what type of riding I'm into to make sure I got the right bike for me. The bike servicing and help with any questions has been awesome.

Great work and great service. Half a day turn around to fix a broken wheel. Offered to lend me a spare wheel until the original was repaired. Would recommend and will be back again!
