You might want to tell the male server that disposable gloves are used to keep the food germ free, not to take people's money off them, grab them a drink, and then prepare the food- all with the same gloves. A hair net wouldn't go astray either- long hair with a bandanna head band is just disgusting.

I have connected to Oporto free wifi to report that this Oporto is probably the best I have been to. Great customer service. Food was nice and quick 👌 Well done team.

'better' fast food

Good service. Not enough chilli sauce on the chicken. Had to buy again. Cheap tactics i guess.

Very nice store, always fresh food and good service. Only thing there aren't many convenient parking for picking up food in hurry.

Ordered 3 burger meals to bring back to the office for lunch for myself and 2 other staff members. Ordered 2 x triple BLT and 1 x double BLT. Opened the bag and found we had 3 x double BLT however with the equivalent amount of chicken as a single BLT (real scabby looking pieces of chicken). The chips were also old and gross.

Called the store and basically got argued with (it's like dude, you sold me the wrong product for starters and the whole lot was garbage). Eventually the guy on the other end took my name and number and said he'd give me a free meal next time I go in.

Not happy at all, will be demanding my money back when I go back in there.

Good place for quick bite. Not many selections

You gave to get past the slightly awkward decision of where to stand once you have ordered, close enough to hear your number but far enough away that you are not in other's way, you then will probably have to find yourself a clean table among the leftover mess of other customers.

The food however; is exactly what you expect from Oporto, their staple chicken burgers at the same standard as all their other stores, just as you expect them to be.
