Had this firm do a valuation for me and they undervalued the property by $70,000. They did not use recent sales data and could not tell me how they arrived at the valuation figure. In my opinion this firm "stitched" me up with a low valuation so I had to take out mortgage insurance. If you want an accurate valuation then this firm is not the one you should be using. If your bank recommends you use this firm tell them you want to use another.
